AHA is a 245D licensed provider offering a wide range of services to support individuals living independently in their homes and communities. Our goal is to provide personalized care while promoting safety, skill-building, and independence.

Our Services Include:

✔ Respite Care – Provides short-term relief for caregivers while ensuring the individual remains safe and supported.
✔ Homemaker Assistance – Helps with daily household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
✔ Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) – Supports daily routines and community participation to promote independence.
✔ Individual Home Supports (IHS) Without Training – Focuses on basic health, safety, and daily living needs.
✔ Individual Home Supports (IHS) With Training – Offers skill-building in community participation, household management, adaptive skills, and wellness, including:
- Community Participation
- Health, Safety, and Wellness
- Household Management
- Adaptive Skills
✔ Night Supervision – Provides overnight monitoring to ensure safety and respond to needs.

How We Help

Clients are matched with trusted, qualified staff who meet their unique needs.
An assigned 245D AHS Service Coordinator works with clients and their county case manager to set up and manage services.
IHS with Training goes beyond basic support, helping individuals develop skills, access community resources, and achieve personal goals.
Caregiver Living Expenses reimburse certain costs, like rent and food, for an unrelated caregiver living with and providing approved services to the client.
